WARRANTY: Statewide Shed Co. warranties your building for 10 years from the date of purchase against any defects in workmanship and materials. Doors must be painted on both sides, and all-wood buildings must be painted with an exterior primer and paint within 60-days. All seams need to be caulked. Natural disasters, damages caused by accident, or damage from neglect, such as not repainting, are excluded. This warranty is for the original homeowners only.
